In today's challenging market, commercial property owners are contending with a "wall of maturing debt" and a subdued environment for traditional bank lending. This landscape, complicated by macroeconomic volatility and evolving consumer behavior, makes it difficult to secure favorable financing for new developments, recapitalizations, and necessary property retrofits. How can owners and sponsors navigate this financial squeeze effectively?
C-PACE (Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy) financing has emerged as a powerful and practical solution. By providing long-term, fixed-rate capital tied to the property rather than the borrower, C-PACE offers a unique advantage. It can lower blended borrowing costs, fill gaps in the capital stack, and free up equity that would otherwise be trapped in a maturing loan.

Don't miss this opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of C-PACE as a strategic financial tool to navigate the complexities of today's commercial real estate market.
