HENDERSON, NV-Robyn Yates, owner/broker of Windermere Prestige Properties, has completed a merger with Prime Realty, Ltd., a well-established Henderson luxury real estate office owned and operated by Beth Naef.

Naef, who opened Prime Realty in 2003, offers 15 years of experience as a luxury broker in the Southern Nevada market. A Southern Nevada resident since 1969, her knowledge of the region has served to help her sell nearly $400 million worth of local real estate, including a significant number of high-priced custom homes and home sites.

With the local housing market experiencing a progressing recovery, Naef said she decided to merge her office with Windermere Prestige Properties to take advantage of the larger office's many resources. The merger of the real estate offices will provide Prime Realty with Windermere's advertising support, pairing well with Naef's aggressive marketing style. Her office will also benefit from Windermere's membership access to Luxury Portfolio International, the fastest growing luxury property network, with more than 200 affiliate companies around the world and more listings over $1 million than any other luxury real estate organization.
