Quattro
Buchanan Street Partners has sold Quattro, a 265,000-squqare-foot office property in Phoenix, for $43.5 million to Albany Road Real Estate Partners. The property is 92.5% leased to a billion-dollar tenant roster including CVS Health, Freeport-McMoRan, Konica Minolta, Sodexo, and Xerox.
Tracy Cartledge, Bob Buckley and Steve Lindley of Cushman & Wakefield’s Phoenix office negotiated the transaction on behalf of the seller.
The property is located at 4310-4350 E. Cotton Center Blvd. in the Cotton Center business park.
