Mr. Enloe directs valuation and consulting engagements related to a wide variety of property types for national institutional assets and portfolios. His broad range of experience in valuation and analysis includes retail, office, industrial, multi-family, development land, manufactured housing, regional malls, hotels, self-storage, and educational facilities. Through the course of his career, Mr. Enloe has fostered deep real estate valuation ties with major financial institutions, pension funds, REITs, hedge funds, and insurance companies. He also provides advisory services to owners and developers, including asset disposition and purchase due diligence.
