The new Westchester County legislation now requires cooperative boards of directors to notify buyers within 15 days whether or not their applications for purchase are complete. Once an application is deemed complete, boards will have 60 days to accept or reject the application.

The 527,338-square-foot 800 North Brand Blvd. office tower in Glendale, CA was acquired from Piedmont Office Realty by Beacon Capital Partners, according to multiple press reports.

The company also reports that the $75-million investment by an affiliate of New York City-based Madison International Realty Holdings, LLC in Plymouth Industrial closed on Dec. 14 in conjunction with the Jacksonville portfolio deal.

The sale, reported on Thursday, marks Skanska's final disposition of four adjacent Seaport properties it developed, which also include 101 Seaport, Harbor Way and Watermark Seaport.

Expanding on last month's Section 8 Conversion plan of 62,000 units, the New York City Housing Authority will also launch three new capital improvement programs, “Build to Preserve,” “Transfer to Preserve” and “Fix to Preserve.”

The two-story 65,000-square-foot building will be anchored by Spine Team Texas, one of the largest spine specialist practices in the metroplex, as well as a variety of clinics for Texas Health Resources.
