Michael Dinger is a National Portfolio Manager at Partner Engineering and Science, based out of their Upper Saddle River, New Jersey office. Mr. Dinger has over 19 years of experience in the environmental service and consulting industry. He has served as a field manager, project manager, and senior author or reviewer on over 10,000 real estate transactions. His primary clientele focus includes DUS, CMBS, and insurance lenders, as well as real estate investors. Mr. Dinger has performed Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Phase II subsurface investigations, third party reviews, due diligence audits, record searches, asbestos surveys, lead-based paint screenings, radon studies, mold assessments and lead-in-water sampling and analysis. He also has vast experience fulfilling the needs and requirements of a varied number of reporting standards, including the following: ASTM, EPA’s All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI), Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, the U.S. Small Business Administration, and customized client formats and scopes. He received a BS in Natural Resource Management and Engineering at the University of Connecticut and holds certifications from OSHA and the EPA.
