Mr. Neal has over 25 years of experience providing architectural and consulting solutions to a variety of clients. Mr. Neal currently provides leadership in the execution of Property Condition Assessments and Facility Condition Assessments for various equity-level commercial clients. He is a licensed Architect in the states of Illinois and Texas. Mr. Neal's experience includes providing leadership as Project Manager during the design process, construction administration, and post-construction phases. He has participated in initiatives varying in size, budget and complexity, and effectively balanced client expectations with available resources, defined budgets and project schedules.
