Phillip D. Miller, Assoc. AIA, AssocRICS is a Senior Assessor at Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. Mr. Miller has over ten years of experience in the architectural and engineering service industries, including due diligence assessments for a variety of property types and the needs. Specifically, Mr. Miller has performed Site Assessments, Remediation/Rehabilitation Design projects, Property Condition Assessments (PCAs), Small Loan PCAs, Construction Progress Monitoring, as well as Regulatory Compliance Assessments. Mr. Miller specializes in roofing systems and building envelope solutions and was integral in developing Partner Roofing System Condition Report templates and supporting documents in addition to training presentations specifically pertaining to roofing systems and conducting Roofing System Condition Assessments. As an Architectural Project Manager, Mr. Miller provides proposal writing and review, architectural forensic assessment, as-built documentation, design/rehabilitation planning, CAD drafting, preparation and review of contract documents, contract administration, project/construction oversight, field reporting, and final project close-out. Mr. Miller has a AAS in Architectural Technology from William Rainey Harper College. His registrations include LEED Green Associate from the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) and a Record Holder from the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).
