Brian Ward is a Technical Director of Construction Services for Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. with almost 30 years of experience applying engineering expertise to the construction management arena. Mr. Ward has managed a range of multi‐disciplinary teams for development, construction, and risk management purposes, and has provided construction‐related services to a host of industries, inclusive of the due diligence, affordable housing/LIHTC, general contracting and surety industries. He has worked with a range of clients including general contractors, government entities, and private owners/investors/developers.
