Gerald J. Delaune, REWC, RRC, CIT is a Technical Director in the Building Envelope Solutions practice at Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. With nearly 40 years of building envelope experience, Mr. Delaune has expertise in roofing, waterproofing, and wall systems on commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings. He is skilled in design, assessment, installation/construction oversight, testing, and forensic evaluation of building envelop systems. Mr. Delaune has opined as a subject matter expert in numerous litigation matters, and is an active member of several professional societies, including IIBEC (RCI), where he serves on multiple exam development and technical committees.
