Pamela J. Boyd, IIBEC, is Director of Roof Consulting at Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. Boyd joined Partner via their recent acquisition of Kelleher, Boyd & Associates (KBA), a leading provider of roof consulting services in the western United States. In her 40+ year career, Boyd has inspected and reported on roofing systems and conditions in 44 states, collecting valuable field data that has been used as industry baselines in due diligence and construction management services.  Boyd also provides due diligence, waterproofing envelope, and expert witness/litigation support services. She is a member of the American Society of Testing Materials and IIBEC, a charter member of the Roof Consultants Institute, and a graduate of St. Mary’s College.
