An Environmental Professional (EP), Scott has more than 20 years of experience as an environmental consultant. He has taken part in more than 3,000 Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) for various asset types including office, retail, multifamily, and industrial properties. He has also performed Phase I ESAs throughout the continental U.S., Hawaii and Mexico. Scott has provided third party reviews and assisted clients with asbestos and lead-based paint surveys and operations and maintenance programs. His diverse due diligence background helps Scott provide his clients with unique solutions and customized scopes of work.
