The area healthcare provider more than doubled its non-clinical footprint, adding to its 500,000-square-foot Chicago market portfolio.

With the closing of this acquisition, GNL has closed 18 acquisitions for $393 million this year.

The seven-person industry-leading team will cover Chicago and Midwest Markets and grow Cushman's institutional Capital Markets platform.

The 376,000 square foot building has 84,000 square feet available for lease which can be subdivided in half.
