Investors and developers are paying a premium for land sites in opportunity zones, according to a new study.

Foreign investors will have to put in a minimum of $900,000, up from the previous $500,000 base, starting Nov. 21.

The strong labor market is pushing companies to make big investments in not only workers, but also technology.

The company will own a total of 12 UK hospital facilities upon the transaction, which is expected to close in the third quarter of 2019.
