The international manufacturer of automation sensors, vision systems, barcode readers, laser markers, measuring instruments, and digital microscopes has agreed to a long-term lease for 80,849 square feet at Building II at the complex located in the O'Hare industrial submarket.

Avanath Capital Management purchased Brooke Commons, a 288-unit mixed income community in Orlando, for $46.5 million. The firm also purchased Alexandria Station Apartments, a 290-unit affordable apartment community, for $52.675 million.

Altman Cos. plans two apartment communities using its Altis brand in in Miramar, and Pulte Homes will build a 405-unit single-family home and townhouse community in Oakland Park.

The Blackstone entity acquired the property in partnership with Roman Real Estate Holdings, Inc., according to NAI James E. Hanson, which brokered the deal on behalf of the buyer.

The 105,000-square-foot office building was sold by New York City-based Torchlight Investors to a private real estate investor, according to brokerage firm JLL, which represented Torchlight in the transaction.
