The rental building at 42-12 Crescent St. in Long Island City, Queens will be turned into condos with sales beginning next month.

For the full year, total private-sector jobs were up by 74,200 positions or 1.9% in 2018, marking the ninth consecutive year of positive job creation and the longest period of job gains on record.

The Series D funding round was led by SoftBank Vision Fund with participation from Sequoia, Atomico, GV, Fifth Wall and Four Rivers.

The mid-rise Pearl Flagler Village project, developed by MORGAN and institutional investors advised by J.P. Morgan Asset Management, includes 12 studios, 238 one-bedroom, 80 two-bedroom and 20 three-bedroom units.

The firm states that its MVP Fund will focus on middle market real estate-based investments including joint ventures, active or passive investments, urban infill development projects, income producing properties and substantial value-added renovations including historic properties.

The workplace services company has signed two new deals in Washington, DC in the East End and Penn Quarter totaling 152,000 square feet.

The new terminal will combine landside and airside operations into a single facility.
