IMC announced its Center City office at a holiday party at celebrated the holidays at Penn Medicine's newly constructed Center for Healthcare Technology building, which IMC engineered.

River Gables, located at 110 First Street East in downtown Chaska, MN, includes 104 residential units and more than 10,000 square feet of street-level retail.

The purchaser, an affiliate of Salt Lake City-based Bridge Investment Group, has added nine senior housing properties to its portfolio with the deal to acquire Somerby, which is headquartered in Birmingham, AL.

MTA announced the L train full shutdown will be cancelled, and Governor Cuomo urged the MTA board to review the alternative plan which will allow the train's services to continue.
