SANTA ANA, CA-Furnishing One Outlet signs a five-year, $2.3 million lease for 108,000 sf at Sears Distribution Center, a 316,751-sf building owned and otherwise occupied by the department store chain.

ANAHEIM, CA-Rreef of San Francisco sells four buildings at Orangewood Stadium Business Park, the last of 21 buildings sold at the development. Rreef has been selling individual buildings to users and investors as the existing tenant leases expired.
ORLANDO-Faith Church International Inc. paid WRH Fortune Ltd. of Orlando $4.3 million or $36.39 per sf for the former 118,178-sf, 19-acre shopping center on U.S. 192 between Interstate 4 and State Road 535 in Osceola County.
