Owners JEMB Realty cite a return to traditional tenancy in the downtown market as the driving force behind a recent flurry of leasing activity in the building.
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA-The facility, which encompasses 15,213 sf, is located at 10440 Trademark St. The buyer, PCM3 Inc., has already occupied the building, which it purchased for $1.1 million.

LONDON-The Prudential has purchased the freehold of the 98,422-sf Whitbread plc warehouse at Acre Road, Reading from Hermes Property Unit Trust for Pounds 9.725 million ($14.17 million) showing a yield of 7.6%.
SEATTLE-Panattoni Development Co. has contracted for a phased purchase of 52 acres in Sumner, WA. This marks the company's second major land purchase in the Puget Sound area in the past several months.
CALABASAS, CA-Medea Corp. is relocating its headquarters from Westlake Village to the 69,000-sf Malibu Canyon Corporate Center and Business Park. The company is subleasing all but 7,000 sf of the 34,000-sf first floor.
