FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-The tallest structure in this city has been sold by AutoNation Inc., its largest occupant, for the highest price ever paid for a single building in Broward County. Dallas-based Genesis Capital Advisors paid $53.5 million or $137.06 per sf for the 30-story, 390,320-sf AutoNation Tower. The seller is leasing back the asset for 10 years.
