WASHINGTON, DC-Monument continues to reveal details about its development plans for the two million sf under its control in southeast DC.

BOSTON-The zoning commission approves a 1.76-million-sf mixed-use project at South Station. The development will include a 40-story office tower, 200-room hotel, condominiums, retail space and a 943-space parking garage.

IRVING, TX-Owners will learn today if they can develop mixed-use space, including residential, on 90 acres in the Urban Center and beside La Villita.

ATLANTA-Franklin Street Properties Corp. acquires the 15-story, 390,000-sf One Overton Park. The property is the first phase of a mixed-used development.
