BERKELEY HEIGHTS, NJ—Boston-based Tocci Building Companies has broken ground on a $39.5 million Embassy Suites Hotel strategically located within Connell Corporate Park in Berkeley Heights, NJ. The 187,000 square-foot development is an eight-story, 176-key hotel. The property is owned by Connell Hospitality, LLC, and will be operated by Davidson Hotels & Resorts.
