MIAMI-The state's tallest office structure, the 55-story First Union Financial Center, hits the market six years after San Francisco, CA's The Shorenstein Co. acquired it for a record $207 million. The 1.2 million-sf property was estimated to be worth about $265 million last spring.
HOUSTON-The Houston firm of Kasowitz, Benson, Torres & Friedman adds 5,202 sf to its lease at 700 Louisiana. The law firm will be occupying 30,223 sf in a CBD office tower that's now 98% leased.
LANSDALE, PA-Blue Bell, PA-based Capital Solutions buys a fully-leased 93,795-sf class-A office building at 212 Church Rd. from First Evergreen for $14.5 million. Nine years remain on the current tenant's lease, estimated at $21 per sf.
