FORT MYERS, FL-RE/MAX Realty Group has closed the sale of a medical office building in Fort Myers.

LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL-Schroeder-Manatee Ranch, developers of the master-planned community, has attracted several private groups to develop a mix of homes, apartments, retail stores, schools and government offices there.

TAMPA, FL-An affiliate of Harbor Group International, LLC has purchased Sienna Bay Apartments, a 276-unit apartment complex in the St. Petersburg-Tampa region, for $19.5 million.

Hopefully the instability of the markets lately isn't a sign that we are in for a double dip.
