BOSTON-Architectural firm Goody Clancy will move into a building knownas the "crown jewel of the Back Bay" next year under a 10-year leasearrangement. The building, located between the Boston Gardenand Copley Square, has won three awards for its vintage architecture.

CHICAGO-The 140-unit, $20-million assisted living facility will replace a vacant Catholic school at the southeast corner of 72nd Street and Dorchester Avenue. The developer, 7200 Dorchester Properties LLC, already owns the former St. Lawrence Church.

WASHINGTON, DC-With construction set to begin soon, a 190,000-sf office building will soon come up at 20 M St. SE, on the corner of M and Half streets. Situated adjacent to the Washington Navy Yard, the building will also be just blocks from the Washington Nationals baseball stadium that is planned for the area.
