DENVER–Any developer that steps up to the plate to develop the Children's Hospital site in the Uptown neighborhood east of downtown will have to preserve a historic building, under a decision by the Denver City Council.

ALEXANDRIA, VA-Now that all ducks are in a row, developer Regent Partners says it will soon begin construction of a $110-million hotel and luxury condominium project near the new US Patent and Trademark Office. The hotel, the first built in the area in six years, will feature 315 guestrooms topped by 85,000 sf of residences.
