BOULDER, CO-Macerich Co. subsidiary Westcor Development is taking down the Crossroads Mall, converting the enclosed retail center on 62 acres into Twenty Ninth Street, an open-air mall.

STAMFORD, CT-Ceebraid-Signal Corp. officials say they hope to begin construction on a 16-story luxury condominium building in the Downtown district here by next spring. The "Highgrove" project is expected to cost $50 million to develop and units are being marketed for as high as $2 million.

STILLWATER, MN-A row of old buildings on North Main Street will be demolished to make way for 98 luxury lofts and retail space on the street level. Weis Builders is the general contractor on the project.

POWAY, CA-Stowe Properties LLC wraps up construction on its 12,000-sf complex, which the developer had started building this past January. Located at Scripps Poway Parkway and Stowe Drive, the property is occupied by dining establishments and other ancillary services, such as a hair salon and dry cleaners.
