TAMPA, FL-Elaine Kennedy, director of administration for the Tampa, Fl office of Advantis Real Estate Services Co., has been elected president of the Tampa chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women. Paula Buffa, an office broker in the same Advantis office, will be inducted Jan. 19 as president of the Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors Inc. She will be only the second woman president in FGCAR's 12-year history.
