The 180-room hotel is located between the tower building’s 48th and 60th stories. The Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia also features 39 suites at the Comcast Tower that is the tallest building in the City of Philadelphia.

Merriman Anderson/Architects modified the existing building structure of the former office building to provide the new hotel lobby on the second floor, and new meeting and ballroom space on the 20th and 21st floors.

The final repositioning phase has recently been completed by Steven Kratchman Architect, upon the project’s initial phase completion in 2008.
