SEATTLE-The Bellevue-based division of The Kroger Company is seeking a master use permit to develop a 35,000-sf store topped by 26 residential units. The project, proposed on the site of an existing but vacant grocery store, is one of few mixed-use projects involving a grocery store in recent years.
SAN ANTONIO-The city's blessing jumpstarts what could be a catalyst for retail "inside the loop." The project has a 214,000-sf Wal-Mart Supercenter as an anchor, 110,000 sf of other retail and three pads of about 35,000 sf each.
