PALM HARBOR, FL-Crescent Heights Co. of Miami pays CKT Development Co. of Tampa, FL and Nationwide Realty Investments of Columbus, OH $104,293 per unit for the 396-unit garden apartment community at 2230 Tuscany Trace facing the Gulf of Mexico.

ORLANDO-The city is considering tapping the state for additional environmental cleanup funds--money that also may be used as incentives to developers on certain projects in the 1,620-acre central business district core.
