TAMPA, FL-The Tampa office of Advantis Real Estate Services Co. has won the exclusive sales listing for a 1.3-acre (57,200 sf) tract adjacent to the Florida State Fairgrounds and a quarter mile south of the proposed $50 million hospitality venture. Tampa is 80 miles west of Downtown Orlando.
MIAMI-The Miami-Dade County Aviation Department is looking for willing sellers in roughly a 20-acre industrial-warehouse section along the southwestern edge of Miami International Airport. The county will be paying top dollar for the dirt--about $50 per sf or an average $2.5 million per acre.

ATLANTA-Paradyne, a Fairlawn, NJ-based broadband hardware maker, is contracting with locally based Advantis Real Estate Services Co. to find office tenants for its Building H in Spectrum Technology Park, Largo, FL, a Tampa suburb 80 miles west of Downtown Orlando. The negotiated fee was not disclosed.
