Despite some slowed leasing activity this quarter, leasing activity in the San Diego market is record levels following a phenomenal 4Q17.

“There is a lending void in specific segments of commercial real estate, especially those under $5 million in size,” says Ben Easterlin V, senior vice president of commercial lending at Angel Oak, and managing director of the new commercial lending arm.

Ten-X lists Los Angeles as the top buy market in the country, thanks to a 12.7% increase in rental rates last year and a 2.4% vacancy rate.

“The industrial market across southern and central New Jersey is showing no sign of slowing down,” says Scott Mertz, president of NAI Mertz.
