WP Carey Inc. has entered into an agreement with its existing tenant, Cuisine Solutions, to invest $75 million in a 290,000-square-foot build-to-suit food production facility in San Antonio.

The $26-million equity offering was fully reserved in less than 90 days, the company reports.

The company had reported the sale of the 38 properties was valued at an aggregate purchase price of $385.0 million. The amended portfolio sale of 28 properties is now valued at approximately $282.5 million.

This is the sixth closing of the acquisition previously announced in September 2017 with 28 properties now closed for approximately $42 million.

The property sales included 24 bank branches, 15 discount stores, 15 day cares and 14 restaurants across 15 states.
