Bringing 21 years of experience to his role, Mackris, has joinedthe firm as a senior managing director and market leader for IL, MOand KS. Prior to joining NKF, he served as an executive directorwith Cushman & Wakefield, also serving as aMidwest leader in the firm's retail specialty practice. Throughouthis career he has prepared and performed valuations and marketanalysis on a broad range of property types includingsuper-regional malls, lifestyle centers, single-tenant retail,industrial, office buildings, mixed-use developments and vacantland, to name a few.
