The matrix outlines the major incentives SCEDC compiled whilesurveying cities, utilities and government entities throughout SanDiego County and is intended to assist companies with expanding andhiring in the San Diego region. It includes fee reductions,rebates, financing opportunities, expedited processing, employertraining reimbursements and assistance. The incentives areoffered by various jurisdictions and requirements to obtainincentives vary with each incentive.
