Area's First New Build in a Decade Breaks Ground

AUSTIN, TX—CarrAmerica Realty Corp. is constructing a 23-story, 418,000-sf office building at Sixth Street and Guadalupe Downtown. The project, a joint venture with JER Partners, is 40% pre-leased to the law firms Clark, Thomas & Winters PC and Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld LLP

The urban office tower, with ground-level retail, will feature large, column-free floor plates averaging 28,500 sf, an on-site fitness center, state-of-the-art technology and double the typical Downtown parking ratio.
