ANNAPOLIS JUNCTION, MD—Litton TASC has leased 60,000 sf at 201 National Business Park near Baltimore-Washington International Airport. About 250 employees will move into the four-story 120,000-sf structure to be built by Corporate Office Properties Trust, a Columbia, MD-based REIT. Construction will start later this month, with delivery scheduled for spring 2001.

TASC provides advanced information technology to government agencies, the military and commercial clients. It is one of several high-technology companies and government contractors to move to the area.

When the building is completed, COPT will own nine buildings with more than one million sf in the 175-acre National Business Park.
