WHITE PLAINS, NY—The 120 Bloomingdale Rd. building here, a former Nestle USA property, is now 90% occupied, according to leasing agent Newmark & Co. Real Estate Inc. ICC, an Internet-related company, took an additional 12,630 sf on the third floor; Pitney Bowes signed for 10,759 sf on that floor and Reliance Bank opted for 9,950 sf on the first floor.

Prior to those deals, Newmark negotiated a 40,000-sf, long-term deal with the New York State Labor Department at the 150,000-sf facility. After Nestle relocated in the early1980s, the asset was occupied by Nynex until the mid-1990s. The RPW Group, a Westchester-based developer and property owner, acquired the vacant property in April 1999.
