Prior to those deals, Newmark negotiated a 40,000-sf, long-termdeal with the New York State Labor Department at the 150,000-sffacility. After Nestle relocated in the early1980s, the asset wasoccupied by Nynex until the mid-1990s. The RPW Group, aWestchester-based developer and property owner, acquired the vacantproperty in April 1999.
