The Sutton, an 84-room luxury hotel and townhouse located on the Upper East Side here, has been sold to Glenwood Management. Jones Lang LaSalle arranged the sale on behalf of the seller, the Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels Ltd. With the asset now in hand, Glenwood now owns more than 15 luxury residential properties in the city, including three on the same block. The three properties are the Bamford, located at 333 E. 56th St.; the Bristol, at 300 E. 56th St.; and, at 336 E. 56th St., the Sutton.
