The leased facility, which will serve as awarehouse/distribution operation with ancillary office space, ismore than triple Lantis' current location in the region (thecompany is based in New York), and the largest facility of anyUS-based eyewear company.

Insignia/ESG represented Lantis in the transaction. Hartz, whichrepresented itself, currently owns and operates a private portfolioof 175 buildings totaling more than 34 million sf in the NewYork/New Jersey area.
