Five developers remain in the running: two withproposals for the Southeast Federal Center at M Street SE and NewJersey Avenue, Republic Properties' Portals site at 14th Street andMaryland Avenue, another developer with 801 New Jersey Ave., andDOT's current headquarters at L'Enfant Plaza.GSA hopes to name awinner by September.
