SUNNYVALE, CA—Juniper Networks Inc., a next-generation IP infrastructure systems provider, is planning to set up new corporate headquarters in Sunnyvale. The 144,000-sf building on North Mahtilda Avenue will allow the company to consolidate all its Bay Area operations into one location with 15,000 sf of R&D space, a customer-briefing center and a new center to teach staff, customers and partners about Juniper Networks systems. The campus environment is the first in a series of leased buildings Juniper will occupy during the next three years. Combined, the buildings will total close to 400,000 sf and accommodate approximately 1,700 workers.
