The largest transactions were with EVonyz Inc., a majority-ownedsubsidiary of Revco Inc., which leased 27,200 sf at Six Skyline Dr.in Hawthorne; Esperya USA Inc., a food and wine distributor, whichleased 16,018 sf at Three Westchester Plaza in Elmsford; andPhysicians' Telecom, which signed on at Three Skyline Dr. inHawthorne for 15,000 sf. Carol McGuire of Mack-Cali represented thebuilding owner in the EVonyx and Physicians' Telecom transactions,while Ivan Abry spoke for Mack-Cali in the Esperya USA deal.
