Only 850 cars, about 23% of Ferrari's worldwide sales, are soldin North America. "The number-one factor in our selection was ourpassion for Ferrari, and that we are so involved with racing forour Corvette line," Cauley says. The new dealership is a 15,000-sffacility with two showrooms and a service area, all built in oneyear at a cost of about $2.4 million. Cauley Ferrari is now one of30 authorized Ferrari dealers in North America. Three are inCanada. Cauley said he hopes to also sell Ferrari collectibles atthe store and open it up for clubs and community groups.
