Turner took on complete ownership of the Omni Hotel in 1996. TBSpurchased the remaining 25% equity of the entire Omni Internationalcomplex from Cousins Properties. This August, Turner and Irving,TX-based Omni Hotels will own the hotel jointly. The partnershipalso plans a $6-million renovation of the existing tower to beginin 2001.
