TCS will manage and lease the property, located at the corner ofEleven Mile Road and Center Drive in Southfield, MI. Constructed onnearly five acres of land, Southfield Crossing features grass onall four sides of the building, emphasizing its office focus, yetit has the flexibility to accommodate an overhead door if requestedby a tenant.
According to William Harvey, senior vice president and head ofTranswestern's Detroit office, Sverdrup was looking for a site inwhich to consolidate its growing Michigan headquarters from Noviand Auburn Hills. Sverdrup will occupy nearly half of the newproject and has signed a long-term lease with a renewal option."This will be the first of many development opportunities in theDetroit area in which Transwestern will become involved," Harveyadds.
