TBS plans to stack a 25-story, 600,000-sf office tower on top ofthe parking deck at its Downtown complex adjacent to CentennialOlympic Park. The $140-million Turner Tower will house employeeswho overflowed space in CNN Center across the street. Constructionwill begin in 2002 and is scheduled for completion in 2004.

The building program also calls for a $100-million expansion ofthe Omni Hotel at CNN Center. At TBS' Techwood campus in Midtown,the company will add two more buildings to the pair currently underconstruction. The $45-million Building D will be ready in early2003. Building C, costing $95 million, will open in early 2005. Thefacilities will house future networks and business units of TurnerEntertainment Group.
