Capital Associatesplans a two-building. 230,000-sf project on an 11-acre, $2.1million site between Blue Ridge Road and the Beltline. Anotherdeveloper, Blue Ridge Realty which has developed fives West Raleighassets, plans to break ground this year on a 45,000-sfbuilding.
