The company has yet to reveal the price it is asking for itsMenlo Park headquarters. The 3.3-acre property holds a 38,000-sfbuilding and is valued at $3.7 million, according to the San MateoCounty assessor's office.

Leland James formed Consolidated Truck Lines in Portland in1929. The company went public in 1951 and moved to Menlo Park in1956 to be closer to the West Coast's financial center.
